GoS 360° for Extended Policy Control

GoS 360° is powerful software that enables Network Operators to monitor and control user experience and traffic.

Unlike other service assurance solutions, GoS 360° provides visibility and control beyond the network, right down to the end user device. This extends the reach of policy servers and DPI solutions so that traditional network boundaries disappear.

Network Operators can now reach directly into the user and access domains. This gives them end-to-end visibility and full control of their network traffic so they can:

• protect their revenue streams
• innovate new value-added services
• optimise their networks to prevent customer churn
• deliver policy control directly to use devices

GoS 360° is composed of two elements GoS Agent and GoS Manager.

GoS Agent contains our unique “Guarantee of Service” (GoS™) software. This powerful tool controls loss and delay simultaneously to deliver multiple real-time classes of service with predictable, differentiated quality. Together with the other modules, the GoS Agent ensures optimal, dynamic QoS configurations to maximise link bandwidth utilisation and application performance.

GoS Manager supports 2-way communication with GoS Agents deployed across the different client devices. Acting as a centralised service level manager, it collects statistics and manages hundreds of thousands of GoS Agent devices. It provides detailed statistical reporting and allows dynamic reconfiguration of GoS Agents through an OSS/ BSS/ PCRF interface.
